Willie T. Hamlin, M.D., a practicing child, adult, and family psychiatrist, created The3Cs website to help children and adults develop positively, regardless of race (Afro-American, Hispanic, Caucasian, and Asian), sex, gender, religion, nationality, or economic condition.
