The 3C’s series of educational and advocacy enriching materials are designed to stimulate the enhancement of cognition while building character and compassion.

Our products are designed to educate and advocate for the positive development of every child; biologically, psychologically and socio-economically. We believe that all of us have a responsibility for the public policies that impact every child’s development; regardless of race, sex, gender, religion, nationality or economic status.

Willie T.M. Hamlin, M.D., an adult and child psychiatrist is the founder and director of the Institute for Child and Family Psychiatry, Incorporated. The corporation was founded in 1980 and is dedicated to providing high quality services and products to meet the total mental health needs of the individual and his or her family. The institute is guided by the premise that the shaping of a positive self-image and positive self-esteem is as vital to becoming a happy, healthy and productive adult, as nourishment and educational preparation is for the child’s physical and cognitive development.

Dr. Hamlin is an internationally known author and lecturer on issues affecting the total biopsychosocial development of children, adolescents and adults. He is also the founder and chairman of the Hamlin Foundation for Children. Dr. Hamlin maintains a number of staff consultant and Board appointment positions within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, as well as having staff privileges at several area hospitals.
